The Therapy Indian Head Massage is a natural therapy which is used to relax and de - stress both body and mind.
It is carried out with massage to the head, face, shoulders and back. Clients sit in a chair fully clothed.
Origin Indian head massage as the name would suggest has its origin in India and is over 5000 years old, it is a therapy which was used by many families and can be done at home, work or even at the side of the road.
Traditionally oils were used to give more benefit to the treatment, since its arrival in the UK it has become very popular as it can also be used alongside other therapies.
The Session Indian head massage normally last for 30 minutes. The benefits of the therapy can be felt in a very short time.
As a Reiki Master, you will also have the added affect of having reiki energy passed through the hands making the whole session more spiritual and giving an added edge to what is normally experienced.
