Hypnosis is something which is natural and many people will have felt the affects but not known what to call it. The time when we watch the television and suddenly become so involved with the programme that the outside world just disappears, people talk to us and we cannot hear, this is just an altered state of consciousness which is called hypnosis.
Analytical & Suggestion Therapy
There are generally two types of therapy used, Analytical therapy is where the source of the initial problem is searched for based on the theory 'Cause and Effect'. Some time in the past, an emotional situation occurred and was hidden in the subconscious, although we know what we are doing is not rational, we do not know why, it is the therapist task to help identify the original cause.
Suggestion therapy is about being given suggestions which will alter the way you currently think about things, they are always positive suggestion, it is to create a new picture within the mind, it will change the perspective of how things are viewed in the future.

The cost of each Therapy session is £55.
Smoking Cessation is £120 and is normally 60 - 90 mins per session, using techniques which have been shown to produce a 95% success rate. Executive Power Nap Technique is £125 for the 60-80 mins set up session, practice and discussion.
